José María Picasarri Oyarbide
A pioneer in the practice of advanced consultancy at a national level, he has led the development of an entire culture and methodologies of customer service and resolution of management challenges that permeates OTEIC since its foundation in 1966. Always seeking to design and implement new solutions, management consulting has evolved towards advanced models with a practical mindset.
Iñaki Arrieta del Barrio
GENERAL MANAGERGraduated in Business Sciences from the University of the Basque Country, he has developed his professional work in the field of strategic consulting in a leading global firm, later assuming General Management tasks in a large industrial group, to currently lead the OTEIC team. He also collaborates as a speaker at Business Schools, as an independent advisor on various Boards of Directors and Family Councils. Leading strategic planning and optimization and implementation projects of advanced management systems. As well as in training and coaching processes for current and future directors and managers.
Yuk Escribano de Paula
DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATION AREAGraduated in Humanities and Business from the University of Deusto (San Sebastián) and Master in Tax Consulting, she has an extensive experience in the design and implementation of advanced people management systems and organizational structures, as well as in search and selection of directors, female directors, and managerial professional profiles. Additionally, she collaborates in projects for the implementation of advanced people management systems and advises on the strategic planning of organizational structures and change management. Likewise, she coordinates and periodically gives training courses to management teams in related matters.
Iñaki Izurrategui Galdós
DIRECTOR OF THE INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT AREAGraduated in Industrial Engineering from the University of Navarra, he has developed his professional career assuming various positions of responsibility, including General Management and Production Management, in important organizations in the industrial sector. Currently in OTEIC leading teams and projects to improve industrial processes, optimization of lay-outs and production implementations in different countries, among others.
Miren Torés Valverde
DIRECTOR OF THE AREA OF MANAGEMENT AND ECONOMIC-FINANCIAL SYSTEMSGraduated in Business Sciences with a Specialty in Finance (Universidad de Deusto) and postgraduate in Administration, Financial Management and Accounting, she was responsible for Administration and Finance in an international business group. And, currently, she is a director of the OTEIC Group and participates in projects for the implementation of management and advisory systems in the fields of economic-financial management. Always applying a preventive and rigorous philosophy in the analysis carried out and the proposals to be deployed.
Maider Barahona Fernández
DIRECTOR OF THE LEGAL AND FAMILY BUSINESS AREAGraduated in Law from the University of the Basque Country and Master in Business Legal Advice (ICASG-UPV), she works as a lawyer and directs the Legal Area and Advice to Family Businesses of Grupo OTEIC. She has extensive experience in business legal advice, specialist in commercial law, corporate law and refinancing projects and holds the position of Legal Adviser and Secretary in various Boards of Directors and Governing Councils, also developing all kinds of Good Corporate Governance Projects in Organizations, from the Government Bodies. Likewise, she has developed a long career in advising Family Businesses and is an Independent External Advisor to various Family Councils. In addition, she develops training initiatives for Directors and Managers in-company and in-family and, with different public and private business organizations.
Iñigo Arrieta Munduate
DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY AND CORPORATE AREAGraduated in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto (San Sebastián), with a Master's Degree in Strategic Management and a postgraduate degree in Business Consulting. He began his professional career at a multinational leading consulting company, later joining the OTEIC Group team. As a consultant, he has extensive experience in strategy and economic-financial projects, cost analysis and optimization, and change management. He has developed national and international projects and advised on top-level projects in various sectors: airlines, environment, ICT, capital goods, banking and pharmaceuticals, among others. In addition to these, he coordinates financing, investment and corporate projects.
