Organizational Climate Study in a Tier-1 Automotive Company
The company’s management needed to assess employee well-being and evaluate the organizational environment as the team grew beyond 150 people. We developed an online system to facilitate employee participation in the climate study, analyzed the responses, and implemented an associated Action Plan.
