Custom In-Family Training Plan for a Third-Generation Family Business
We facilitated a multigenerational and participatory process to assess training needs and design a Family Training Plan for 15 participants. Over a one-year period, we conducted monthly training sessions covering business management and corporate governance. This initiative helped family members from diverse professional backgrounds better understand their family business dynamics and the roles they could play in Governance and Family Councils.
Development of a Compliance System for an Industrial Group Operating in Over 15 Countries
We designed Global Compliance Systems to strengthen market and stakeholder trust, improve corporate integrity, and enhance legal security for shareholders, board members, and employees across different regions. The system effectively prevents corporate liability risks and ensures adherence to international regulations.
Board of Directors Evaluation for a Tourism Sector Company
We conducted a governance optimization assessment by analyzing key documentation, interviewing board members, and utilizing our proprietary Board Evaluation Tool. We developed an Action Plan, implemented it in phases, and monitored its evolution using a compliance and performance matrix.
Corporate Governance Model for a Cooperative
We established collaborative governance mechanisms between the Board of Directors, General Management, and Executive Teams. The project involved designing management systems and decision-making structures, ensuring clear and structured relationships between governance and management. Using our BGC Methodology, we implemented Decision Maps, Profile & Competency Maps, and Knowledge Transfer Systems. We also analyzed executive compensation structures in collaboration with our People Management Division.
